The sea can often be rough – and as such, life at sea is not always easy. We share in the fictional working environment aboard a ship with real sailors, we accompany workers from far away countries on a container ship from Bremen and witness a refugee drama at sea in a short fictional film. In all three of these contributions, the power of the sea and its seemingly endless expanse has an impact on both people and machines.
