Throughout six short films, we meet a variety of different people and participate in their emotional landscape. What these protagonists have in common is that they are on their own in their endeavors and are often alone amongst strangers. Be it after fleeing to another country, the hostility towards their own heritage, the pursuit of self-love or a place in the professional world. External perception often defines our course of action. This does not exclude art and the study of law, for example.
