Uncertainties, imposter syndrome, bad experiences… What is it that so often makes us women hesitate when faced with new or big challenges? Why is it that many men find it so easy to say, “Sure! I’ll do it!” while women feel they need to take three training courses first to be truly qualified? Wouldn’t it be great if we could say with the same confidence: “Of course, I can.” Or even better—if we, as women, could say: “No, I don’t have experience in that yet. But I’m sure I’ll succeed if given the chance!”?
In conversation with successful women from the film industry, we explore the inner hurdles that hold us back—and how to overcome them.
