The short film “BAD LUCK” follows a diverse dance collective facing the relentless time pressure of the cultural scene just before their festival premiere. When one of the soloists is injured, everyone suddenly has to step in.
The feature film “SHAKESPEARE500” focuses on a figure who continues to shape theatre to this day. William Shakespeare has been the god of theater for 460 years. An independent theater in Bremen has been dedicated to him for 40 years.
But are Shakespeare’s plays still relevant today? What can his stories offer us today? A documentary about theater, theater-making and a group of artists that have their very own vision of Shakespeare.
