I GIVE UP
JACQUES is unsatisfied and frustrated with his mundane life. His job bores him and his presence is enough to irritate his wife. One day he decides he has had enough, and gives up. He packs his camping gear, grabs his fishing rod, hitchhikes across the country and disappears into the forest, where he plans to live a life of solitude. At first he is extremely happy, no routine, no rules and no one to tell him what to do. Unfortunately it is not long before loneliness starts to creep in, but luckily for Jacques he is not alone in the forest. Eventually he finds someone else who also decided to give up, and he tries his best to befriend them.
