THE TENANTS
Shin-dong, a resident of Seoul, navigates a monotonous life in the futuristic yet polluted city, where skyrocketing prices prevail. Facing eviction, he attempts to sublet part of his apartment to avoid displacement. However, when a peculiar newlywed couple moves into his bathroom, their bizarre behavior proves unbearable. Shin-dong’s efforts to remove them hit a roadblock when he discovers they’ve also sublet the ceiling space. As he grapples with the situation, he uncovers unsettling truths about his tenants and the city’s dystopian reality.
